Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie, who was born on on November 24 1981, is an American political commentator. She was previously a politician, and a television host on MSNBC and a frequent contributor for The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would not be on the show at the end of May in 2021. They planned to launch their own project, which they named Breaking Points. Ball is a cohost of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on shows like Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) and CNN (CNBC). As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her new fascination with politics due to her experience as a new mother during the 2008 primary elections and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able see the impact it had on the citizens of her home country and gained an appreciation for the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 through July 2015, she hosted the MSNBC program The Cycle. She co-hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 through July 2015.
